We are always on the looking for happy and welcoming individuals to greet families as they come into our space for drop in play, parties and/or classes. This individual will be dependable, have a love for children and will possess a positive personality! Working hours are NOT mom-friendly - as our busy times are when school is out, so weekends and holidays are expected working days.
Some of the responsibilities would include:
Answer calls and questions from families
Handle invoicing and collect payments
Collect waiver forms
Book and schedule parties
Book class enrollment
Understand and direct in accordance with all safety procedures
Ensure center is clean for opening and closing
Open and close Center
Host/Hostess for Birthday parties
Room set up, clean up
Experience working with children is preferred, but not required. Excellent organizational, listening and communication skills are expected.
All positions report to the Chief Operating Officer.
